I recently did a virtual tour of the community and really enjoyed the experience! The building is amazing and well cared for. Richard and his team (Riley, Shaun, & Roy) were very welcoming and so friendly. The moment you meet Richard you will feel like you have known him forever. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a luxury building in the Cap hill area to check this place out, you definitely won't regret it!!
I’ve lived at Cortland Cap Hill for over 30 months and the staff has had minimal changes, which is a huge positive. All of the employees are incredibly friendly and helpful in a timely manner. Especially Shaun, Roy, and Richard. In addition, the amenities are consistently clean, especially the gym. I’ve recommended friends to move here and they love it as well!
I've lived at Cortland Cap Hill for the past 2+ years and can confirm that this is the best building and property management team I've ever experienced. Richard, Riley, Shaun, and Roy are so friendly, and have always helped me with quick and efficient resolutions on questions or repairs. When discussing places to live with my friends, I'm the only one who loves their building staff. Amenities are clean and the community programming is appreciated. Highly recommended, double thumbs up!
Viewing, applying, and move in were all simple processes. Riley was very helpful and accommodating during the aforementioned. I needed to change my parking space due to the length of my vehicle and Richard had me a list of available spaces to choose from within minutes. The building is nice and so far I have not heard any noise from my neighbors. The apartment is modern/clean and the appliances are new and high quality. I will leave an update on this post in 6 months or so.
I recently toured the community with Riley and really enjoyed the experience! The building is beautiful and well cared for. Richard and his team were very friendly and welcoming. I would love to live here but its a little out of my price range at this time, unfortunately. I would recommend anyone looking for a luxury building in the Capital hill area to check this place out!
Great place to be in Denver. This is the best maintained building from pool/hot tub to the meeting area. The building is always clean & issues in the apartments are resolved quickly. The location is prime. Just close enough in downtown but just a step away from the hustle & bustle.
